Move More in Onslow Here’s a list of healthy events, classes, and run/walks. Or step it up, and try a new exercise class, or set a goal to walk or run a 5K race. There are so many ways to get healthy, and have fun while you’re doing it. Check back often because we will keep adding more ways to Move More.

Second Saturday Step Up-Onslow County Health Department
Free, fun fitness activities will be held each month on the Second Saturday at various locations throughout the county. All events will be at your own pace, so bring the whole family. Some events will even be pet friendly. Join us and STEP UP to a healthier lifestyle!
