There are Many Healthy Foods That are Low-Cost.


Here is a list of healthy foods and recipes that are priced right!

Baked Oatmeal (above) Oatmeal is a low-cost meal ($.10 per serving) and added ingredients are usually found in everyone’s kitchen.
Kale Salad Recipe. Kale is a superfood that is loaded with tons of vitamins and fiber. You can find it at most grocery stores at a cost per serving at $.77.
Orange Carrot Juice. Oranges are loaded with vitamin C (important to your immune system) and fiber (important to your digestive health).

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be costly to your budget. There are plenty of healthy choices available at our local grocery stores.
